Quality Assurance system

To ensure comprehensive project implementation activities carried out and to ensure complete compliance with the drawings, technical specification and various stipulations contained in contract document with high standard of quality assurance.

  • Responsible for the timely implementation of the Project
  • Close monitoring of the Project during all the stages of survey works.
  • Main guiding force to the survey team at site and maintains a watch on the over all activities including quality assurance.
  • Close liaison and Coordination with the Employer.
  • Providing home office support required if any in implementation of the Project.
  • To provide any replacement/reinforcement of the team for efficient and complete the works within the period provided in the contract during the scheduled contract period.
  • Responsible for performance / conduct of various personnel provided.
  • To work as an agent of the Employer in process of implementation of the project.
  • To under take regular site visits, responsible to all activities at site.
  • Helps Employer to have full information & opportunity to their views in all matters.
  • Test Checking of location of various Chainage, start point, End point, permanent structures cross drainage structures.

Safety Policy

All necessary personal safety equipments as considered adequate shall be available for use of persons employed on the Site and maintained in a condition suitable for immediate use; and the OMSE shall take adequate steps to ensure proper use of such equipment by those concerned.

  • All workmen at site shall be provided with safety helmets and yellow/orange jackets. Workmen required on site during night hours shall be provided with fluorescent yellow jackets with reflective lopes.
  • Safe means of access shall be provided to all working places.
  • Adequate precautions shall be taken to prevent danger from electrical equipment. No materials on any of the sites shall be so stacked or placed as to cause danger or inconvenience to any person or the public.
  • Provide all necessary flags to protect the public from accidents while working on road.
  • Provide signals to prevent accidents to the public.
  • All practical steps shall be taken to prevent danger to persons employed, from risk of fire or explosion, or flooding.
  • When work is performed near any place where there is risk of drowning all necessary equipment shall be provided and kept ready for use and all necessary steps taken for prompt first aid treatment of all injuries likely to be sustained during the course of the work.
